Weekday vs Weekend Pricing
The base boat rate varies by day of the week. Fridays and Saturdays are considered weekends with slightly higher rates. The package add-on cost is the same regardless of day.

How much does a houseboat in Alleppey cost?
Houseboat rates at Kalappura start from ₹15,000 per room per night for the Standard package. This includes all meals, AC bedroom, and a backwater cruise. Premium costs ₹19,000 and Semi Luxury costs ₹24,000 per room/night.
Is the price per person or per room?
All our prices are per room per night, not per person. Each room accommodates 2 adults + 1 child or extra bed.
Are there any hidden charges?
No hidden charges. The only additional cost is 18% GST on the total amount. Children (6-11) and extra beds are ₹1,000/night. Children under 5 stay free.
Is there a difference between weekday and weekend rates?
The base boat rate is slightly higher on Fridays and Saturdays (weekends). The package pricing remains the same.
What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash. You only need to pay 20% advance at booking; the balance is paid at the property.
